Nick Farr leadership

Nick Farr is the Founder and Director of The Everest Academy. He is widely regarded as one of Australia's most accomplished high-altitude athletes and leadership development coaches. Nick has climbed many of the world's highest mountains (including Mt Everest) and he has led and coached more than 1000 people in challenging high-altitude environments.

Nick has more than 15 years’ experience delivering leadership workshops and keynotes to corporate and sporting clients. With a wealth of experience in the logistics, psychology and management of people in difficult and challenging environments, Nick teaches a unique approach to leadership, resilience and teamwork. In the mountains or in the classroom, Nick consistently creates successful outcomes for his clients.

Nick's business experience also includes founding and operating Trek Climb Ski Nepal (since 2006) and Ski Aspen (since 1995). He also served for 20 years as a detective with Victoria Police.

Nick is accredited in Hogan Leadership Assessments.
