As Co-Founder and Director of Resilience Builders, Nick develops and facilitates world-class programs designed to build resilience in young people, athletes, teams and corporates.

The centrepiece of these programs is conducted in high altitude locations and culturally rich environments, such as the Nepal Himalaya, or demanding and beautiful wilderness locations, such as Cradle Mountain / Lake St Clair National Park in Tasmania.

The resilience building programs provide participants a unique experience by immersing them, undistracted, in a remarkable high altitude or wilderness environment. This experience is combined with a carefully designed syllabus and coaching to reinforce new habits and make participants accountable. Measurement protocols underpin confidence and objectivity in the results.

Program duration ranges from 3 - 20 days. Leadership and resilience development workshops of 1 - 2 days in duration are also available.
